What happens during a SEEC visit?
Our support is tailored to your household. During an in-home visit, our team will:
1. Talk with you
We’ll ask about your home, your energy use, your power bills and any challenges you’re experiencing.
2. Check your home
We’ll look for things that may be affecting warmth, energy efficiency, ventilation and moisture.
3. Identify opportunities
Together, we’ll work out what changes could make the biggest difference for your household.
4. Take practical action
Where appropriate, we can provide energy-efficient products, minor upgrades or practical advice.
5. Connect you with further support
If another service can help, we’ll support you with referrals and next steps.
Our goal
SEEC is about more than saving power.
